Refund Policy

Understand our refund process and terms for purchased products

2. Payments Made With Codes (e.g., Paysafe or Similar Prepaid Methods)

Payments made using prepaid codes, vouchers, or similar payment methods (including Paysafe, Paypal voucher) are final and non-refundable.
Due to the nature of these payment systems, refunds, reversals, or cancellations are not possible after the transaction is completed.


3. Other Payment Methods

For payments made using other payment methods (such as credit cards, debit cards, or supported online payment services), we offer a 24-hour warranty period starting from the time of purchase.

During this 24-hour period, a refund may be considered if the product or service:

  • Has not yet been used, activated, or consumed


4. Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds will not be granted in the following situations:

  • The product or service has already been used, activated, or accessed
  • The issue is caused by incorrect use or user-side problems
  • The purchase was made using prepaid code payment methods


5. Refund Requests

To request a refund, please contact us within 24 hours of the purchase and provide:

  • A clear description of the issue

Refund requests submitted after the 24-hour period may not be eligible.


6. Processing of Approved Refunds

If a refund request is approved, the refund will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase where technically possible.
